   之前已经有一个[issue](https://github.com/apache/incubator-weex/issues/2140)，但是被close了。这个政策是google强制要求的，2019/08/01开始，每个32位对应的native so库必须有相应的64位，否则无法发布更新
   
   > All new apps and app updates that include native code are required to provide 64-bit versions in addition to 32-bit versions when publishing to Google Play
   
   鉴于时间紧迫，64位支持已经不是一个feature，而是一个未来影响开发者使用的bug了，主要是会在海外开展业务，googleplay发布的app。希望能尽快提供64位的native库
