Apache and PHP does not startup

If Apache works correctly without PHP but not with PHP, you most likely have a PHP
problem.  Your problem could be that you need to download the most recent PHP in
order to work with the most recent version of Apache.  In any case, please
try addressing your problem on the PHP users or install mailing list.  If you
can confirm you have found a bug, please address it to the PHP bug database.
