   **Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Please describe what you are trying to do.**
   Common among all implementations is the need to Create, Update, & Delete (CRUD) schemas. We should extend the `BaseSessionContext` to allow for that functionality.
   
   **Describe the solution you'd like**
   Add `create_schema`, `update_schema`, `delete_schema`, and `show_schemas` to `BaseSessionContext`
   
   **Describe alternatives you've considered**
   None
   
   **Additional context**
   None
