Uploading jars for Maven

Hi,

I'd like to get some jars uploaded for the Rome project
(http://rome.dev.java.net).

I'm an Apache committer -
http://nagoya.apache.org/eyebrowse/ReadMsg?listName=general@jakarta.apache.org&msgNo=16046
says that I can/should just upload them myself, but
http://nagoya.apache.org/wiki/apachewiki.cgi?MavenRepository seem to
indicate I should follow
http://maven.apache.org/repository-upload.html, although if that is
the case it could be a little clearer.

Which is it?

Hi Nick,

You'll need to follow the repository-upload doco. The Apache committer bit is only for Apache projects (by 
publishing to www.apache.org/dist/java-repository
