TensorFlow extension has been recently fixed to compile, we should add this extension to be built in the CI to prevent code rot.

 

NOTE: building tensorflow c++ (which is currently a dependency of the extension build) takes a considerable time, arch provides a prebuilt package but we currently have no arch build in the CI, so that should be added before
