empty mail problem

Hello everybody,

I don't know if this has been discussed before, but I can't find any
reference to my problem (sorry otherwise).

I'm running qmail with spamassassin 3.04, everything is working well,
except this kind of mail which is reported to have an higher score then
requested but it's not marked.

I receive an empty mail, with empty suject and sender (you can find the
full headers below.

Any help would be appreciated.
