WSDL Question

Hello,
 
I am trying to integrate web services created Axis 1.2 on Jboss with a windows client using the pocketSoap tool like.  When I try to use their WSDL wizard, it suggest that I have an error in my WSDL files. In looking them over, I don't see the problem. Could someone on this list take a quick look to see what may be wrong? or are there tools that can help with this?
 
I have attached the wsdl files, but the errors that I get are.
