YARN-1687 renamed configs which Ambari configures:

{{yarn.ahs.webapp.address}} > {{yarn.timeline-service.webapp.address}}
{{yarn.ats.store.class}} > {{yarn.timeline-service.store-class}}
{{yarn.ats.leveldb-apptimeline-store.path}} > {{yarn.timeline-service.leveldb-timeline-store.path}}
{{yarn.ahs.store.class}} > {{yarn.timeline-service.generic-application-history.store-class}}

Also, the default value of {{yarn.ats.store.class}} changed from 
{{/var/log/hadoop-yarn/ats}} to {{/var/log/hadoop-yarn/timeline}}.

Also updates to config descriptions have been made.
