"What is mod_perl" -- needs abstract
Hmm, because of the way we construct the start docset, inserting an
abstract is difficult: it won't work with a Description meta in
index_top.html (normal I guess), and if we use an explicit abstract in
config.cfg it gets added in an awkward place (before the content, seems a
little out of place). However, it would be good to have an abstract for the
main page.

I guess we can come up with some solution by extending DocSet's
features. But to me it looks kinda nice that it doesn't have any
description - "What's mod_perl" sounds pretty descriptive to me.
