Step 1 : Created new build from 4.1 branch 
Step 2 : Install and configured MS server and Agent on CentOS 6.3
Step 3 : Start Agent service cloudstack-agent start

Actual result 

KVM agent is not starting, i cannot see any log in /var/log/cloudstack/agent, this directory location is blank
