Exemple of Cloudstack 4.1 usage to create a new instance

Hi,

The following command allow to add a new instance (= VM) top of cloudstack :

http://incubator.apache.org/cloudstack/docs/api/apidocs-4.0.0/user/deployVirtualMachine.html

As we can use now an ISO image to create a new instance (4.1), what should
be the command to use to deploy a new instance with 4.1.
If someone has an example, that should be great.
