Form on Session ? how

Hello guys, 

Question, 

I have a form in which I have contact information and a table with
addresses, the question here is I need to add more addresses to the
contact information. 

Think of it as a data grid in which I can edit/add/delete rows and at
the end I can save contact and the changes made to the grid.

I know I can do this using DHTML but is there a "struts-way" of doing
this, perhaps by means of session Form, and if so, how can I achieve
this, any samples guidelines.
