    Add model dataset for CLI Tutorial

    Hi @dlnash,
    
    In general we don't want binaries committed into the repo since they tend to cause a decent amount of bloat (and this seems to be ~30 something MB). If possible, try hosting this file somewhere that you can pull down with a script for testing/evaluating stuff. You can see an example of this being done here
