Japanese UI displays garbled text
Hi,
I'm interested in using Lenya with the Japanese UI. But, the display in
Japanese is always garbled. I've looked at the localization file -
cmsui_ja.xml - and it seems that the encoding for the file (utf-8) is
incorrect. If someone has successfully used the Japanese UI, could you
let me know if there were any changes you needed to make to get it to work?

I downloaded the file from bugzilla and it works! Somehow the version
that was checked into the source tree was corrupted.

the translation comes from this contribution:
