"Add Ivy library" is not working in eclipse 3.3. The workaround is to use the Build Path->Add Library->IvyDE Managed Library, which is working properly

    Resolution: Fixed

This is now working properly in both eclipse 3.2 and 3.3, thanks to the help from Benno Baumgartner on the jdt newsgroup.
