When Cordova version is updated to 3.3 the inAppBrowser has an issue related to unresolved KitKat & evaluateJavascript, But also the old version 3.1 from the plugin can't be fetched as shown in following issue.

Fetching plugin from "org.apache.cordova.inappbrowser"...
