Where i can find sql-99 and sql-2003 standard ?

author has use them in his paper.

Sorry, SQL-99 has 5 volumes while SQL-2003 has 14!

I would not call a specification of 1268 pages (and that's only
volume 2) "a simple article". Anyway, ISO and ITU specificaions tend
to be expensive.

Technical libraries often have copies of (or electronic access to) many
ISO/IEC standards. You may want to check with your local university
library, or similar institutions.

I need the reference for educational use and check database compliance
with standards.
but the price looks high for a simple article.
