This issue should not be in TTW, but should be in TTWS.  However, it is 
related to TTWS7, which allows Log4J to be configured from 
TurbineResources.properties.  Could one of the commiters please commit the 
TTWS7 patch or alternatively, just provide a log4j.properties with the TDK so 
that there are no errors for a new user to worry about.
