The current Accumulo support in bootstrap_config Hadoop version/distibution includes open source Hadoop 2, HDP 2.0/2.1 and HDP 2.2.
This step is used to locate the hadoop and its dependency jars.

We want to propose to add support for IBM IOP.
IBM IOP's binary layout is similar to HDP.
We only need to change 'hdp' to 'iop' in the directory layout.
