Fwd: ASF Board Report - Initial Reminder for Jun 2013

Hello!

I plan to send the June board report by end of this week.
I already prepared it and it's available for your review at [1]. Please
have a look and leave a comment, if you miss something.

Apache Camel is a powerful open source integration framework based on known
Enterprise Integration Patterns.

Project Status
--------------
* There are no issues that require the board attention.
* The project is healthy, active and stays at a high level.

Community
---------
* We switched from SVN to GIT which was a bit bumpy because of the
missing announcement from INFRA when the SVN repo was going read-only.
But we are fine now and preparing our first release which comes from
our new GIT repo. Thank's INFRA!
* Red Hat is organizing the CamelOne 2013 conference in Boston on June 10th
  - 11th (http://camelone.com/). ConCom and the Camel PMC's were involved in
  the planning of this event.
* The community stays at a high level (183 subscribers at dev@; 503
  subscribers at users@)
* The community is active and questions being answered in short term.
 * Avg. 958 mails per month on the users mailing list in March 2013 - May 2013
 * Avg. 205 mails per month on the dev mailing list in March 2013 - May 2013
 * Avg. 348 committs per month in March 2013 - May 2013
* No new committers in this reporting period (last one joined in Dec 2012)
* No new PMC members in this reporting period (last one joined in Dec 2012)

Community Objectives
--------------------
* Working on Camel 2.12.0 which is our last planned 2.x release
* Finalizing our "pre" Camel 3.0 work
* Discussing and finalizing the Camel 3.0.0 road map

Releases
--------
* 2.11.0 (04/17/2013)
* 2.9.7 (04/24/2013)

Subject: ASF Board Report - Initial Reminder for Jun 2013
To: Christian Mueller <cm...@apache.org>

This email was sent by an automated system on behalf of the ASF Board.
It is an initial reminder to give you plenty of time to prepare the report.

The meeting is scheduled for Wed, 19 June 2013, 10:30:00:00 PST and the
deadline for
submitting your report is 1 full week prior to that (Wed, Jun 12th)!

According to board records, you are listed as the chair of at least one
committee that is due to submit a report this month. [1] [2]

Details on which project reports are due and how to submit a report
are enclosed below.

Please submit your report with sufficient time to allow the board members
to review and digest. Again, the very latest you should submit your report
is 1 full week (7days) prior to the board meeting (Wed, Jun 12th).

If you feel that an error has been made, please consult [1] and if there
is still an issue then contact the board directly.

As always, PMC chairs are welcome to attend the board meeting.

Thanks,
The ASF Board

Submitting your Report
----------------------

Full details about the process and schedule are in [1].

The report should be committed to the meeting agenda in the board directory
in the foundation repository, trying to keep a similar format to the others.
This can be found at:

  https://svn.apache.org/repos/private/foundation/board

Your report should also be sent in plain-text format to board@apache.org
with a Subject line that follows the below format:

            Subject: [REPORT] Project Name

Cutting and pasting directly from a Wiki is not acceptable due to formatting
issues. Line lengths should be limited to 77 characters.

Resolutions
-----------

There are several templates for use for various Board resolutions.
They can be found in [3] and you are encouraged to use them. It is
strongly recommended that if you have a resolution before the board,
you are encouraged to attend that board meeting.

Reports are due from you for the following committees:
