Files\PhotoDeluxe probably comes from having CLASSPATH-variable which contains
space character ( "Program Files" -> "Files"). In some environments &
configurations spaces in classpath is handled incorrecly.
A fix is to reset CLASSPATH just before starting JMeter. E.g. set CLASSPATH=
