[Bug 69743] After upgrading from v2.4.63 to 2.4.64 we have started getting "Misdirected Request"

We ran into the issue behind aws alb as well, tried many suggested fixes but
nothing worked.

SSLVHostSNIPolicy authonly which got introduced in 2.4.66 DID THE TRICK
