Build instructions for Jakarta 3.2

Has anything changed in the build instructions for Jakarta 3.2 relative
to 3.1 ?

At 3.1 Sam Ruby had once sent a file with step-by-step instructions on
how he does the nightly builds.

If changes have occurred, I would appreciate if I could be pointed at
the most updated information.
