Confusion between JAXRPC AXIS

Hi,
    What is reln between JAXRPC AXIS.
    Java webservice developer pack has one approach axis has other to
deploy web service.This leads to confusion.
    What do I use.

JAX-RPC is a specification and Axis is an implementaion of JAX-RPC. even java web service pack has a ref implementaion jax-rpc ri.
