Improving the Upgrade Documentation
We are currently working on improving the upgrade documentation and started
by adding an overview section
<https://github.com/apache/mesos/blob/master/docs/upgrades.md> where the
you can easily see potential changes/incompatibilities in different areas.
We know that the rendering of the table isn't optimal yet but will continue
working on this.
If you have any feedback on this or how we can improve the upgrade guide
further, let us know!

One thing I would strongly recommend is to add to the doc is "not to skip
versions when upgrading" as commented by Adam in this thread:

With the recently release cycle being 5~6 weeks, I believe it's a common
case to upgrade from version N to version N + 3 or even N + 4. It would
save them lots of time if we make it clear not to skip versions when
upgrading.
