[PR] [bugfix] Trace API continue context throw nil err [skywalking-go]

When utilizing the Trace API to capture the context and subsequently employing the continue context API, a cast error may arise. This issue typically occurs because the captured context is nil. Thus, from a technical perspective, implementing defensive programming in this scenario is advisable.
