Just noticed what could be a very useful patch which goes some way to fixing JIRA's poor attachment handling:

Thanks! Looks good.
However, I think the default sort should be in ascending order of date, rather than descending - comments are in ascending order by date.
Looks like this is trivial - just change
var order = "DES"
to
var order = "ASC"
at around line 19.

I have done this for the main Jira, let me know if all is good, or any problems (looks ok for me ie IE7 and FF).
If no objections, I can do this for the other Jiras too once we know this one is ok.

Hi Henri, currently I applied this directly to the main JIRA.
Can you let me know what I need to do for pre-deploy - do I need to script in the changes so it doesn't get lost on an upgrade, something else or all of the above, thanks.

I have now added the patch to all other Jiras and are working fine.
I'll document it and see about adding to upgrading and/or deploy files.
