broken download link!

Hello Devs,

For "Apache UIMA Version 2.3.1 - Release Date: 10-Dec-2010"
The download link for Source Zip "uimaj-2.3.1-src.zip" is broken.

Sorry, fixed this.  The website is now updated (spelling change on source
download suffix).
