As part of clean up would be good to include:
1. Initialize every thing to __NULL__ in MSentryPrivilege
2. Set functions in MSentryPrivilege should set null/empty to __NULL__
3. remove the unused privilegeName in the constructor
4. required string action = "" should not have default value.
