Let me see ... That would be .. No, no .. And ehmm ... No? for as I know.

Though .. I can upload files through FTP and then access the files on a HTTP
server.

And for apache, there is a Perl module which supports asp-like syntax and
some other asp like things. It's called Apache::ASP.
