DHTML Document cann't be displayed when returned by the server

I Requested for a document that has a link to javascript with leads to DHTML 
Menu bar but when the server return the document it displays the document 
except my DHTML content are not displayed at all. I added the link to the 
javascript file within the <HEAD></HEAD> tag and still can't display the 
document properly. the DHTML javascript is build by a software called soThink 
DHTML Menu and their web site located at www.sothink.com . so please notify me 
with a proper solution to this matter , and your effort is trully appricated.
