SPRESENSE opened a new pull request, #9966:

   ## Summary
   Fix an issue that GPO pins is not iniitalized by watchdog reboot.
   If the watchdog expires during LTE is in use, it causes the LTE to remain powered on and fails to launch after reboot.
   
   ## Impact
   Only spresense board
   
   ## Testing
