   This pull request was create to add a query shell command.
   
   This has grown a bit, not also contains:
    - Updates celix shell/shell_command api. Fixing among other the const correctness of the command services
   - Add a CMake option and a way to use or not deprecated apis
   - Made the shell commands deprecated
   - Adds support for commands with namespaces (e.g. celix::lb instead of lb)
   - Adds some info functions, which used by the query command
   - Adds a query command to list registered service and requested service (service trackers) per bundle
