   Currently, it's not practical because IntelliJ keeps removing the comments: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-211087 (please vote for this issue, so maybe it's fixed quicker).
   
   Currently, there are two comments that we want to leave: 
   
   1) A comment about StaticPseudoFunctionalStyleMethod inspection, which was removed in #7499
   
   2) A comment about the nature of ProjectResources component in misc.xml, see https://github.com/apache/incubator-druid/pull/7541#discussion_r278262685.
   
   When there are more, they are to be mentioned in comments to this issue.
