Wiki Quik Start Question

Hi,

I'm going through the wiki quickstart,
and everything works fine until 
I get to step 13.

When I do 

ls inboxes/testuser

I get:

ls: inboxes/testuser: No such file or directory

I'm using 2.2.0.

Also,
I noticed that 
in step 12

rcpt to: <te...@JAMESServerConfigSetting.com>
250 Recipient <te...@JAMESServersConfigSetting.com>
OK
data
--------------------------------------------------------

the line

rcpt to: <te...@JAMESServerConfigSetting.com>

is different from the line

250 Recipient <te...@JAMESServersConfigSetting.com>


The line
250 Recipient <te...@JAMESServersConfigSetting.com>

has an "s" "Servers"

Whereas:

rcpt to: <te...@JAMESServerConfigSetting.com>

does not.

I think the s is supposed to be there, going by what
is in step 13.

Ideas?

P.S.

I double check that I added testuser...

If I try to add testuser again I get:

Error adding user testuser
