was (Re: A Q. on Forbidden.) solved

Hi all,
Found my problem. I had put a + in front of the option
ExecCGI. Once I removed the  + things worked. However,
I thougth that was suppose to 'or' the option, in essence,
add the the option. I'll reread the docs again.
