Doc note:  This adds configuration parameter *hive.optimize.multigroupby.common.distincts* to HiveConf.java and the template file in version 0.11.0, so it needs to be documented in the wiki.

HIVE-6099 removes *hive.optimize.multigroupby.common.distincts* in version 1.2.0.
