New binairies release process

Hi,

I can understand that you do not have the resources to build and maintain
Subversion for every platform out there. However, the company that provides
official-like downloads for Windows requires registration... I mean,
suddenly I need to register on a website to be able to download binaires
that have been available for free forever? Please consider that registering
is *never* completely free: it takes time, I have no clue how the company
will use my personal info (yes, they require not only my e-mail address but
also my full name, company and title), *etc*. And there is no "please take
me directly to the downloads" link.

Is it really that necessary?

Regards,

Guillaume Rossolini

Hi again,

Please ignore me, that was merely a usability issue I should not have posted
here. Keep up the good work ;)

Best regards,
