   I encountered the same issue. I resolved the issue by renaming the `source` name.
   
   ```
   docker run -it -p 6650:6650  -p 8080:8080 --mount source=pulsardata1,target=/pulsar/data --mount source=pulsarconf,target=/pulsar/conf apachepulsar/pulsar-all:2.10.1 bin/pulsar standalone
   ```
