An element where it or its simpleType has a dfdlx:repType should behave just as if it were computed like dfdl:inputValueCalc.

This mean no other properties defined on the element should apply to it at all. Its only physical properties should be those expressed on the repType. If any properties are not ignored and used, then it is a bug. If they are correctly ignored but there is no SDE/SDW, then it is also a bug. We do not currently output a warning in some cases. See DAFFODIL-2814 for an example of this.

Note that there are some cases where a property is required to be put on the element to workaround bugs with dfdlx:repType incorrectly using values defined on the element. Those may need to be fixed before this is resolved.
