Hi,
I don't know, how it could happen, but go to

???
I am redirected to an XXX site ...

no, they probably have a *.apche.org vhost that redirects
all uris to the xxx site. or maybe just an errordocument 404
that does. not a mirror at all.

No need to duplicate structure.
Just register apche.org, and then handle all HTTP requests that
don't match anything else by throwing up, well, what was there.

that just about mirrors ours? I mean their server listens
to jakarta.apche.org, and has a directory structure of
avalon/dts/meta/type.dtd within that.
I think someone out there has too much time on there hands.
