MyFaces PMC += Max Starets

Dear MyFaces community,

please welcome our new MyFaces PMC member Max Starets.

Max is mostly working on Apache MyFaces Trinidad.

Therefore last week there was a vote to invite him to the MyFaces
Project Management Committee (PMC) and fortunately he did accept.
