Can't configure AutoWebApp dir to absolute value on Windows

           Summary: Can't configure AutoWebApp dir to absolute value on
                    Windows
           Product: Tomcat 3
           Version: 3.3 Final
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Config
        AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: quarendont@uk.tigplc.com

Tried to set the AutoWebApp dir to an absolute value e.g.
       <AutoWebApp dir="d:\webapps" host="DEFAULT" />

My tomcat.home is set to (e.g) d:\tomcat.
However tomcat produces an error saying
AutoWebApp: No autoconf directory d:\tomcat\d:\webapps

Looking at the code AutoWebApp.java line 188 seems to be the culprit.
Suggested fix. Replace the code :

	if( appsD.startsWith( "/" ) )
	    webappD=new File(appsD);
	else
	    webappD=new File(home + "/" + appsD);

with code such as:

    File appsDFile = new File(appsD);
    if (appsDFile.isAbsolute()) {
        webappsD = appsDFile;
    }
    else {
        webappsD = new File(home, appsD);
    }
