[jira] [Created] (SOLR-13640) Invalid link in README.md file (lucene-solr)

Prince Manohar created SOLR-13640:
-------------------------------------

Summary: Invalid link in README.md file (lucene-solr)
                 Key: SOLR-13640
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-13640
             Project: Solr
          Issue Type: Bug
Security Level: Public (Default Security Level. Issues are Public)
          Components: documentation
            Reporter: Prince Manohar

In the _*Development/IDEs*_ section of the README.md file (See [https://github.com/apache/lucene-solr#developmentides] ) the links corresponding to _Eclipse,_ _IntelliJ and_ _Netbeans are not working._

As discussed in the _user mailing list_ this is happening because of Apache has taken down the _*MoinMoin wiki system*_ which was has been migrated to confluence.

I have fixed the urls in the README file in the below PR
