deploying problem

hi friends ...
this is my first post in here ...
i have wrote a wsdl file : backup.wsdl
and i generate java classes from it with WSDL2Java for server side..
but my problem is that when i want to deploy it , everything is good and i
dont catch any exception , but i dont see my service in service list ...(in
server-conf.wsdd)
i have uploaded both wsdl and deploy.wsdd ...

please help me ,what's problem with it ...
