   Hi All,
   
   We have observed that some of our pipelines are not getting schedule after upgrading our Airflow from 1.10.9 to 1.10.13 version.
   It seems like those dags are not schedule by the scheduler.
   However if we manually run a task from inside a dag , It executes and complete normally.
   We are not getting any logs regarding those dags which are not getting schedule.

   After upgrades some of our dags are not scheduling
