Daily RH8 RPMS

Version 3371-1 of daily RedHat 8.0 RPMS includes a bunch of fixes from
the list.

ftp://ftp.pipedreaminteractive.com/pub/subversion/

* Added wxGTK compiled with gcc 3.2
* Added swig1.3 rpms, but haven't gotten cvs2svn working yet.
* Added rapidsvn rpms
* Neon is now 0.23.5.
* commit-access.pl is removed so you no longer need to supply --nodeps
to install subversion packages. (I have no clue what this is file for)

I modded the one from rapidsvn/trunk/packages/rpm to work with my daily
build numbers and changed a couple of RedHat 8.0 specifics.

Finally a RapidSVN RPM! Did you build them with the RPMs from
rapidsvn/trunk/packages/rpm or did you hack your own? I'm asking
because I am planning on a RapidSVN Alpha 1 release in the near
future and I absolutely require RPMs for it.

Brent.
