Why is the osgi stuff in lib/optional in version 5.3.1?

When it's clearly required?

Hi Bjorn,

we cannot change distribution artifacts once release is made. The only way
is to fix it for the following release.

Maybe the 5.3.1 version should be repacked with the osgi and spring-osgi jar file moved from optional to lib....
