[NOTICE] the proton@ mailing list has been merged into the users/dev lists

Just to follow up on the below posts from the other list..

The ~50 subscribers who were not already on users@ have now been added
to users@.The proton@ list was then retired, and its address made an
alias of users@ such that any further mails to the address will arrive
here. The other development related mails were previously moved to
dev@ last week as detailed below.
