   - Add `SubscriptionInitialPosition` when constructing consumers to provide a predictable consumption
     behavior for testings
   - Create a test base for bk ensemble tests `BkEnsemblesTestBase`
   - Make PartitionedTopicsSchemaTest extend BkEnsemblesTestBase
